All orders are currently being shipped from our warehouses in Kuwait or Turkey.
QOTN HOME ships worldwide. However, due to current circumstances, there may be a few countries we are unable to deliver to. Please contact us by email at [email protected] for individual cases.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and KNET as well as various other local debit cards and invoicing options.
If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request your return or exchange by emailing us at [email protected]. Products need to be in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition, returned with their original tags and packaging. However, costum made products can not be returned.
For stock, ready-made products, customers have 14 days to return and receive a refund credited to the original payment method. Please note that there will be a 5% deduction depending on payment method.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
Custom orders undergo a rigorous process with multiple approval processes. There are no returns or refunds for custom orders.
